Position Purpose:

The Client Sales Executive strategically maintains and expands relationships with existing clients. Assigned to a specific set of clients, the Client Executive is responsible for achieving an individual sales goal, retention targets, and assigned strategic account objectives.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited university or related experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Account Management/Sales in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Healthcare technology sales experience and healthcare compliance experience desired

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of TractManager personnel including operational support, solution support, and management resources as needed in order to meet account performance objectives and clients' expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned client territory
  • Proactively leads a joint strategic account management process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates clients' needs on an ongoing basis
  • Participates in solution development efforts that best address clients' needs
  • Participates in TractManager's overall retention goals
  • Completes daily CRM (Salesforce) documentation as needed to run business
  • Responsible for client satisfaction
  • Travel required to clients within assigned territory (50%-80%)
