Position Purpose:

The VP of Client On-Site Services strategically maintains and expands relationships with newly-signed TractManager clients.



  • Works on-site at client facilities
  • Effectively balances new-client implementation needs with TractManager's operational requirements
  • Communicates and supports TractManager's implementation scope, processes, requirements and responsibilities to the client
  • Project Management
    • Jointly develops the implementation project plan with TractManager's operational team and the client
    • Obtains project plan consensus, manages the plan, and keeps all parties on-task and informed
    • Ensures the client's implementation responsibilities and deliverables are provided on-time and with high quality
  • Client satisfaction
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with senior client personnel
    • Builds lasting client relationships to foster TractManager's strong revenue growth
    • Participates in solution development efforts that balance client needs with TractManager business needs
    • Participates in TractManager's overall client retention goals
  • Provides TractManager operational support
  • Revenue growth by introducing additional TractManager products and services to client


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited university or related experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of increasing Healthcare RCM and Project Management experience
  • Provider credentialing, privileging and enrollment implementation/management experience

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • The position is located in Sunrise, Florida.
  • While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • This position requires additional travel up to 50%
