You can expect: 

Work with a high-performance marketing team and with cutting edge marketing automation tools to drive lead generation and revenue utilizing your Pardot expertise. Translate internal and external customer needs into effective campaigns and workflows.

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's (Required)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 1 - 2 years (Required)
  • Pardot: 2 - 3 years (Required)
  • Pardot Automation Rules and Engagement Studio management 1 - 2 Years (Required)
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Experience working with architecting and managing campaigns and lead generation

 

Licenses & Certifications Desired: 

  • Pardot Certifications (Preferred)

 

Competencies & Work Style: 

  • Great customer skills, professionalism, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • IT administrative skills are required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Great multi-tasking skills

 

Responsibilities & Essential Functions: 

  • Pardot Automation Rules and Engagement Studio Management 
  • Understand business goals and processes,
  • Ability to understand and deliver data and business requirements
  • Responsible for facilitating the campaign process  
  • Configuration of Salesforce / Pardot
  • Understanding of sales funnel process and Pardot lead stages
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

  • No more than 10% travel
  • Primarily sedentary role, some filing, bending and lifting may be necessary
  • This job operates in a clerical, office setting
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets
  • This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Some flexibility in hours may be permitted, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in their time zone
