Position Purpose:

  • Utilizes expert knowledge of learning technologies/tools, process development, and improvement, as well as learning program effectiveness/metrics tracking, to lead successful digital learning & development initiatives that support the entire organization and the clients we serve.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in day-to-day ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis, administration and best practices of Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Content Management System (CMS).
  • Can identify key measurements that indicate a learning initiative's success and report on them in a concise and meaningful executive summary format.
  • Creates and maintains process standards for LMS/CMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and propose innovative ways to utilize learning technology tools to enhance the learning experience for physical and virtual audiences.
  • Possesses a high attention to detail, ensuring best practices in both LMS architecture and portal maintenance, while providing excellent customer support to internal and external users.
  • Ability to effectively analyze learning management software and learning authoring tools, ensuring each is being best utilized for the company's maximum benefit.
  • Experience in Articulate Storyline is preferred.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word required; proficiency in the other Microsoft office products, curriculum development programs, and technical acumen, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Assist instructional design team to deploy learning artifacts to LMS platform. Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Author-It desired.
  • Develops and continuously improves learning processes and courses to ensure the most current technology and approaches are utilized.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of online learning initiatives and proactively recommends improvements.
  • Builds rapport and works with clients to establish and deploy LMS portals and user accounts.
  • May work closely with TractManager product teams, as well as implementation and training delivery teams.
  • Documents and continuously improves processes, procedures, templates and organization/storage of all digital learning-related collateral.
