Position Purpose:

The Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for assisting other team members in organizing, executing and finalizing projects according to set milestones and in consideration of the Advisory Services team goals.

Education & Experience:

  • BS in related field
  • Healthcare compliance, contracting and other healthcare focused knowledge a plus


Licenses & Certifications Desired:

  • N/A

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Primary duties:

  • Completes various types of projects as assigned
  • Independently tracks project work in Daptiv
  • Has 80% billable utilization goal
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to deliver the most optimal result
  • Conducts web-based meetings as assigned
  • Prepares client deliverables as directed or as mandated by the type of project assigned 

Secondary duties:

  • Identifies and communicates growth opportunities to Senior Director of Education & Advisory Services


Tertiary duties:

  • Escalates client issues/concerns/wish list items to appropriate parties or directly to the Client Solutions Coordinator
  • Participates in internal meetings, as requested
  • Participates in internal educational opportunities as offered
  • Timely completion of time sheets and expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
  • This job operates in an office setting.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • This position requires minimal travel.
  • This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
