Position Purpose:

  • The Professional Services Analyst position fulfills the purpose of project support for TractManager and its family of brands, including MD Buyline and MediTract.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Envision & Implement TractManager solutions through configuration of applications with help of an advisor that incorporates best practice. Validate use cases provided by advisor, document configurations using standard assets, engage in client calls & meetings, collaborate with advisor to successfully execute implementation tasks.
  • Advise our clients, develop and apply soft skills necessary to sell ideas an insight that will improve our client's organization. Actively listen and capture client requirements, discuss ways to improve client's organization with internal team. Learn industry basics by vertical & cultivate referenceable clients.
  • Lead & Mentor people by providing training in area of expertise, share lessons learned and knowledge gained on projects through teach-backs. Take responsibility and work with team to achieve common goal of client successes as well as team and individual success. Receive and implement constructive feedback from analyst & managers. Shadow analysts to learn how to manage and elevate client interactions. Participate in organizational initiatives and internal calls, webcasts and events.
  • Innovate and continually grow product/ functional knowledge through training, research and collaboration. Collaborate with all parts of the organization (Training, Support, Development, etc.), continually identify ways to reuse and improve current processes, assets, etc. to ensure rapid and higher quality implementations. Improve and create new assets as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • This position is full time
  • The position location is either in the Dallas, TX or Chattanooga, TN office locations; or remote employment arrangement will be considered if candidate has extensive experience being successful in remote work
