Working near Uptown in Dallas, TX, interns will be exposed to a vibrant, fast-paced culture that promotes innovative and collaborative thinking. Interns will help with a variety of projects and will participate in strategic company training. We have opportunities available in areas including Sales, IT, Marketing, Training/Communications, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance. This is a terrific opportunity to grow in the professional skillset all while learning the healthcare industry. 

Education & Experience: 

  • 3.0 current GPA minimum; 3.5 and above GPA preferred 
  • All majors welcomed to apply

Responsibilities & Essential Functions: 

  • Collaborate with teammates to generate creative solutions 
  • Support key operational duties to facilitate workflow in assigned area/department 
  • Assist in the development of new products or processes, as needed 
  • Demonstrates ability and desire to learn new subjects quickly, so that meaningful contributions can be made on any subject/project that is assigned 

Skills/Knowledge ThaInterns Will Gain: 

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry (payer/provider) 
  • Learning how to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment 
  • Gaining exposure to product and process development and implementation 
  • Having hands-on experience in an area that relates to their future career goals

  • While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit 
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
